Meet Kris.
Owner, operator, email-answerer, lure producer, and idea-man behind Bloodline Lures.
Kris has been fishing the Great Lakes for more than 30 years. In the beginning, when his wife, Alice, was working, Kris would entertain his young children by letting them paint spoons on his garage workbench with nail polish. This kept them entertained for hours, and coincidentally, these lures oftentimes caught him the most fish.
He took some proven color schemes (and even some wonky patterns that his children used to paint) and has created a high quality product for his fellow anglers.
We take pride in the research and development we have gone through to produce, test, and punish our products.
The brightest glow available is the only thing we use, and we apply the maximum number of coats to provide one of the strongest finishes on the market.
We also offer custom and high resolution designs with or without a shimmer (translucent, holographic coating that still allows the glow to shine through).
Additionally, we have searched high and low for only the highest quality components that are made in the U.S.A., such as VMC stainless snap rings and coated treble hooks.
